Yes,
That's him Thomas, that was his cars first trip. (I included some of his
Belfast photo's in your renewal letter, posted yesterday) Only taxed and
registered the day before! He then drove all the way to Scotland, then back
down to the Midland, and yesterday drove it down to London for some
"Technical work", to be completed whilst he is in America.
He's a busy boy and proves that these cars will actually work!
He will be recording all his adventures for the club mag.
Regards
Chris Parnham

Is that the same Andrew who was over here not too long ago Chris? If so, how
is his car coming along now?

That was young member Andrew, he had been to a fibreglass repair place, who
are fixing a cracked louver for him.
Andrew if flying off to America later this week where he will be driving a
DeLorean from the North, right down to Texas! What a lucky boy!!!
On another note I am just setting about fixing the brakes on Frenchy (a job
I've done numerous times on my "resurrected" Deloreans)
It was nice to be able to walk into my local brake specialist, buy new pads
and pins etc, off the shelf, all for less than ?30 in total.
Try doing that with your Porsche, Lamborghini or Ferrari!
I too will be cleaning and freeing off my existing callipers and only
replacing one (l have never bought one yet!) if it's leaking or refuses my
efforts at freeing it off.

I think it was you Chrispy, heading up Mansfield Road today at about
1PM?
I had my head under the bonnet of a very crunched Sierra. (not my fault
I hasten to add)
Amazing I never saw a DeLorean on the road before, now I've got one,
they're everywhere!
