I have got a full set of new external door seals, which were part of
a parts collection I brought, but haven't got around to fitting them.
I haven't bothered partly because
a) My car doesn't leak (and yes I do drive it in the rain)
b) There isn't much wind noise &
c) The doors close nicely without them
No doubt the doors would need tweaking when I stick them on to stop
them catching etc.
I think if the doors are lined up properly and the inner door seal
is in good condition the outer seal is simply to try and cover the
laughable panel gaps and reduce wind noise.
The complete outer set, excluding the strip riveted along the roof
of the door, comes to about £140.00 from PJ Grady + Postage & any
duty, probably your best bet.
