What happened about getting DOC window stickers?

I know I've been missing of this forum for a while (I was getting 
married and now recently expecting first child...exciting), but did I 
miss the whole thing about getting window stickers made up for our 
cars?

I know one member made a couple of designs, one of which resides in 
the "files" area of this website.

Have these been produced? Or did they never come to fruition?

If they never emerged, I may have someone who could make some up??
