Hi All
I have checked the UTV website and it says
"Can I buy copies of UTV programmes?
VHS copies are available at a cost of ?70, to cover VHS transfer costs,
provided we have the programme in our archive. To order a copy of a
programme, you should write to the Programme Administration Department, UTV,
Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7 1EB with the details of the programme you require
and a cheque made payable to UTV plc. "
as they only charge ?70.00 to cover VHS transfer costs I am sure that UTV
will allow club members to copy it free of charge as long as there no charge
is being made except for the cost of the DVD or tape and that it is a NON
COMMERCIAL activity.
It may be worthwhile dropping The Director of Television (A Bremner BA MEd)
at Ulster TV a email to see if this would be o/k.

Subject: [doc] DeLorean Fever
Regarding "DeLorean Fever"
Suggestions:
UTV can make a batch (pre-ordered + a few extras for the club)
co-ordinated by Robert Lamrock (please?) :)
DOC-UK make an agreement with UTV to license "DeLorean Fever" and pay
UTV royalties for each vhs/dvd sold.
Again - the magic word is - PLEASE :)
Best wishes from an "ill" owner in Norway ("ill" only meaning I've got
fever - a fever connected to the DeLorean syndrome!)
