I use Sharmans, (I know they arnt always the cheapest), I'm 32, 10yrs 
NCB, Clean licence, IAM member, Flopsy costs me £190 Fully comp and 
they charged £30 to add Dave who is 25 and also has a clean record.
That was based on 1500miles and Flopsy living outside. All they 
charged was an admin fee of £15 to add you to my policy last weekend.
