Front sway bar

Whilst crawling all over my car yesterday I have noticed that my 
front sway bar / Anti roll bar is bent between the mounting bracket 
and the passenger side lower control arm.

How much of an effect will this be having on the handling / steering? 
should I replace it?? Has any one got one lying around or know of 
one?
