Hi All

in the move of the website to my new ISP, some files went missing - two
of which were the PDF and Word documents of the club membership forms.
Does anyone have on their PC the files "membership.doc" or
"membership.pdf" - if it's the version I'm looking for, the price for
membership will be stated as £18 within the document. I no longer have
the ability to write PDF files, so really need to get hold of it again
(unless anyone can create me a pdf from the html version?)
