I suspect there will be a strong demand from us UK boys who did not manage
to see it.

If you can do a few DVD's (and videos) I would be most obliged.

If you can organise sending them out, then great, If you want to do say 10
or so, I don't mind doing the distribution, if you don't have time.
Whatever you like.

About £5 has been normal in the past for similar DVD's, or videos. Would
that be acceptable?

I'm not too sure how much the blanks cost, then there is postage and a
little for time taken etc. You should at least cover all of your costs.
