Thanks for the tip! My friendly local garage are currently freeing up
the brakes at the moment. I will get them to check the valve at the
same time.

Remove it and clean it with carb cleaner and WD40 (finishing with
carb cleaner) to free it up. It's on the top-left hand side on the
engine with 2 rubber hoses connected to it and a 3 pin plug on the
