Keith,
I
don't like the sound of this nitrous stuff, DeLorean's are "classics", 20 years
old, it would be a bit like putting drugs in your granny's Horlicks, doesn't
bare thinking about!
I hope
you are keeping well, Les's old car is now safely tucked up in my
garage.
All
the best,
Chris
P
All,
This is just an idea, but has anyone
considered nitros oxide injection? I've been doing a lot of reading up onit
and this seems the easiest and most cost effective way of getting power outta
any engine, [tho advice is to have an engine in a good state of tune, nottoo
many miles]. Theres alot of info on www.nitrous.info , thats about home made
kits [i'd buy a kit from a proper supplier in the states first tho, as they
have updated equipment now out, easier to install n so on] but also tellsu
what to expect from different set-ups. Theres a fella in another club im a
part of that has nitrous in a classic mustang, thats on
www.americancustomni.homestead.com n see Mo, good bloke and im sure he'd b
happy to give a bit of advise [i aint told him in writing this tho so ask
nicely :)]
If anyone tries this, dont forget to post pic's up on the
site :)
first time answering so hope this works, my two
cents
