As previous message, it sounds interesting and I'd gladly go if free.
However, work commitments do not allow me to plan so far ahead (which means
that ...if work comes up I can't afford to turn it down!)

I've told Kate W she can't come with me and she's a bit miffed but I've
agreed to take her out for a MacDonalds the night before instead.
