Tris,

I've checked the settings they look OK.
It only seems to be when I respond to DOC newsgroup emails, I'm on windows
2000 professional, plus outlook. (not express)..
I'll try again. ?15 p/a. subs...jolly cheap?

Chris,

Try:
Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel
Select "Keyboard" and check the setting - it's probably on US English, you
want UK English or British. Have a look.
This is assuming you're using Windows 9x/NT.
