Hi Mike/List

I'll be on duty Fri-Sat-Sun flogging regalia and also taking the AGM 
minutes on the Sunday too.  

I'm not sure if Mary is on holiday when the show is on, if she is, I 
might need a volunteer to help with regalia or just cover for me when 
I want to take a break or see some of the show.

I'm not sure whether I'll stay in a travel-lodge yet or commute each 
day, its about an hour's run from Belper to the NEC depending on how 
chocka the M42 is.
