[doc] New secretary

Mike Bosworth remains the only candidate to date, to throw his hat in
the ring for the "soon to be vacant" secretary's job.  I have discussed
Mike possible appointment with numerous club members and have only heard
positive comments about him.   I have therefore decided to make him
"assistant secretary" with immediate effect. This will give him time to
settle in and see how he finds it. 
 
Obviously, once our next mag / newsletter goes out, if any other
potential candidates emerge, this will result in a secret ballot at our
AGM. But in any case we will need to have a vote to sort things out
properly.  Claire is happy to continue to be "secretary to the
secretary"; thanks very much Claire for filling this role for me. 
 
Regarding my own position, I am still keen to be involved in some way,
the occasional press interview, supplying pictures etc. If you can think
of a suitable position to park " this old fart in", I'd be honoured to
be considered.
 
 Simon Lees-Milne my predecessor was appointed club president for a
while before he sold his car, but to be honest, I'm not too keen of that
title. Can you think of a suitable alternative?  (keep it clean please!)

 Thanks and the very best regards, for all your help and  support in the
past 7 years.  Its been a real pleaseure to co-ordinte such a great
bunch of folk and to help drag our brilliant "DeLorean motor car", out
of the shaddows and into the main stream of Classic Cars ownership.
