[doc] speeding fines

Hi all

 

Well it started about three months ago when I had a fine through for
speeding ( pauls b knows this story ???!!!???)  it come through saying I was
doing 33 in a 30 zone so I sent off the paper work to find out that it was
my dad driving to the airport that weekend, so as my dad lives in Spain know
do you all know that the uk police can not carry on with paper work for any
one who does not line in the uk I had a letter saying today that they are
dropping the charges because my dad's has changed this licence to Spanish
and it would cost more to get him to come back to uk than setting a court
date up mad don't you think what people get away with who live out side the
uk
