RE: [doc] seat belts

I haven't mounted them yet.  I know the left and right aspect is important.
I am holding them up on a wall trying to increase the length...  I have just
had an email that says I need to give them a shake so that I can hear the
ball bearing rattling around, so I will give that a go.

You've put them on backwards.Take them off and put the right one on the 
left and the left one on the right.
