Hi Nick,

There was a Polish fella in Florida who took his car home. He had 
refurbished it after a little 'prang' (photos on a website somewhere). Sorry 
I can't remember his name.

When I was a student at Oxford in 1990 we had an exchange programme to 
Warsaw ... ugly Modernist concrete city, but surrounding areas are 
fantastic. We stayed in a small village called Kasiemege Dolny (SP?) which 
was like living in the 16th Century ... saw the old walled city of Lublin, 
and the gorgrous Krakou (visit there if you have the opportinity). Back then 
we ate Wild Boar, etc at the best restaurants for 'pennies', I'm sure it has 
changed now.
