[doc] Eurofest Hotels

Hi All

Just a warning for anyone stupid enough (like us) to not have booked 
your hotel yet, they're all getting very full within close proximity of 
the Europa so get yer act together. I just managed to scrape up a couple 
of rooms at the nearby Tara Lodge, but I think we'll be sleeing in the 
airing cupboard!
