Just think as your catt'ed D cruses around gently puffs out small 
quantities of Co2 for a £175 per annum, my Spitfire spits neat 
petrol and uncatted fumes into the eyes of sweet fluffy road side 
bunny rabits as I tear my way accross the country and my tax disk 
say "£NIL historic vehicle"

Where's the justice :-)
