Hi Paul
Suggestions for you:
" I can hear the noise is coming from my rear drivers side
wheel. I got out, and took a look at the wheel and noticed something very
odd. A rusty powder inside each of the four wheel nut wells! I look at the
other side and it seems clean. Anyone know what this is?"
It was probably always there, you have just notced it I would think
"Is there a possibility that the rear wheel
bearing(s) have collapsed? and would this contribute to the aweful noise and
juddery breaking?"
The rear wheel bearings rumble first for quite a while
"Or maybe my calipers need a refurb???? (I dont know, Im at
a loss)"
When you changed the disks all round, did the pistons go back into the
caliper o/k?
Have you changed the Handbrake disks?
Is it properly adjusted?
Are the disks getting hot?
Does the car pull to one side?
Does the judder come from the steering wheel or the whole car or both?
from the above you should get a better handle on the problem.
