[DML] Brake upgrades

Does anyone know if we can do a vented disk upgrade with as little investment as possible? I have found caliper spacers that are for our girling calipers that allow a wider vented disk. The trick is to source proper vented 4x100 pattern rotors that have the right offsets, and do not cost a whole lot. I think the volkswagen mark 1 and 2 golf will be a perfect fit? The stuff the vendors sell are all more than I am willing to spend. I found the caliper spacers for about $70 and the Disks from the golf at about $200 for the fronts. Not sure about the rear yet(one axle at a time haha) Any ideas?
