I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that while I buy most of my stuff from one particular vendor, I've dealt with many, big and small, (nobody has everything all the time,) and I've always gotten good service and good tech support from any and all of them, since 2000. Except for one guy I haven't bought anything from in a dozen years who got mad if you wanted something he didn't sell, or bought so much as a light bulb from anyone other than him.  He wasn't a "one man shop," either. I'm sorry to see anyone discouraged over such an issue. There are many vendor options to choose from.

I had similar issues with the same vendor (I think everyone knows exactly who that is) but we got the things straightened out quickly.

You gave chosen a poor vendor, not a poor car. Don’t change the car if it’s not the problem here.
