It's so obvious who this vendor is. My advice is to not do business with this man anymore. What you are writing are textbook examples of his behavior. Buy from Houston, not him. Also dispute with the credit card company and file with BBB.
But most of all learn from the mistake of using this vendor and avoid him. His products may be cheaper than Houston but people have been known to have issues with the be for and the vendors products.
