RE: [DML] Before I Get Banned...

Please. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this forum for things about
DELOREANS, not personal opinions about hurricanes hitting Hitler or the east
coast.
If you have friends that were affected by Sandy, send your friend an EMAIL.
Please do not use this forum to send messages to your friends. If they are
not friends enough that you have their email address, then how much of a
friend are they? If you have something to share with us(me) that has to do
with the care, feeding, and enjoyment of my DELOREAN, then please share.

I am positive that there are MANY, MANY, MANY blogs and forums on the
internet for hurricane in general and Sandy postings. Also, you may want to
consider getting a twitter account and then ALL of your friends can follow
you on twitter and then your FRIENDS will get your tweets about God,
hurricanes, Sandy, east coast, why bad things happen to good people, etc.

Looks like I am about to get banned, so let me get this in before the
curtain falls.

Louis Duet is homeless with a wife and three small children. He is not an
anonymous victim -- he is a fairly new member of our community who is friend
to anyone who has made the effort to know him. I am glad so many members
weathered the storm relatively unscathed, but unfortunately that can not be
said for all members. Even in our small DeLorean community we can put a
familiar face and name to Sandy's devastating impact.

And remember: we still haven't heard from the Lou Costas. At least Louis and
his family are OK. As yet no one has been able to say the same about the
Costas. Just imagine if they themselves are not OK -- Sandy will have had a
terrible impact even on a community as small as ours.

Louis is my friend. Big and Small Lou Costa are my friends. Even though I
live 1,000 miles away and didn't even get a breeze from this storm, it has
negatively impacted me.
