Re: [DML] Re: stalling again- bleh UPDATE

I checked the vacuum lines today, to see if any look loose, (since I had temporarily swapped out the CPR to see if it made a difference, then returned my original old one into service.) Of course, the problem existed before the swap, so it couldn't be the only cause. Anyway, the connections look fine. All the vac lines in the engine compartment are 2 years old, including the hard to reach ones on the far side of the engine. I then did the plug swap, swapping the CPR plug onto the CSI, and vice versa. It started, but slowly the rpms went down until it stalled. More slowly that without the plug swap. So I swapped the plugs back, and as I did, I felt a buzzing coming from somewhere. It was the idle speed motor. I'd left the key turned to the accessory setting, instead of off. So I'm guessing that means it's working. (Didn't have time to loosen it to look inside.) So now I started the car again, and WHAT?... it stayed nice and steady at around 750 rpm. Since everything was then back to the same old, same old, I'm wondering how it suddenly "healed." The CPR/WUR is the original, I think. Any other ideas, or do need to spring for a new CPR?
