According to John Hervey the blower motor circuit breaker should be
upgraded to a 30 amp unit.  His website doesn't say anything about
replacing a failed 30 amp breaker with a 35 amp unit.  You should call
him up tell him to update his website.

#20 - Blower Motor up grade to 30Amp.
Repl if needed.
