No, as I said many times before it is not a Holley. It is an Autolite that has been serviced a number of times over the years, last 2 times by (now defunct/dead) "Pony Carburetors".  At the time, they were the "authority" on them, yet it still runs like garbage and uses a ton of fuel.

Doesn't your Mustang have an inline 6 with a Holley 1 barrel?
