You don't have to buy it, you can disagree, it's you choise.
Nevertheless I merely state found facts for my 2 DeLoreans.
Filling up to 45 liters (11.89 US Gallon) didn't occur once, but many a time until I decided to fill up sooner to save the pump.
And, I'm not letting you draw me into debating this, alike you and Bill.
