Perhaps you needed to replace the ARB bushes... The wheel certainly should not shake at speed, something was wrong and you've "fixed" it with an addition rather than replacing what was wrong

Its an honest comparison.  The steering wheel on my Geo Metro has ZERO
vibrations at interstate speeds.  The steering wheel on my Delorean
would vibrate as if the front wheels were out of balance in excess
speeds of 60 mph.  After installing Ed's outriggers the vibration went
away.  So in my opinion, my Geo Metro was handling better than my
Delorean before I installed Ed's outriggers.  Its a sad reality.
