If the rim isn't 15", it won't work (a 14" rim will not clear the rear brake hardware).

This wiki reports 1984 Omni with 13" rims: http://www.allcarwiki.com/wiki/1984_Dodge_Omni

According to this Mopar site, only turbo Daytona's had 15" rims (14" was standard): http://www.moparautos.com/daytona84-86.htm

Of course it only matters if you are searching out rims in a junkyard. New aftermarket rims can be purchased in just about any size you want (you might even find one that better matches the stock spoke design).
