Re: [DML] Serious Megasquirt Question

He just freaked out because it was a Delorean, got all cocky saying he
was tempted not to come out to give me a jump start, and then drove
off and told me I would need to contact AAA to get someone else to
give me a tow. What ticked me off is he had a flat bed truck.

Come to think of it, it might have been roadside assistance with a
company other than AAA. My insurance company has roadside assistance
and that might have been what I was using. Regardless, I canceled
roadside assistance after that. You are going to have to deal with
the same crap with whoever they contract to do the work.

After the guy refused to tow me home, I opened the door, pushed the
car about 20 feet (by myself), jumped in, and bumped the transmission
in 2nd gear. I drove the car home and fixed the problem myself. It
took me about 2 minutes to push start the car after I wasted over an
hour on roadside assistance. After that incident, I vowed to never
use roadside assistance again.
