The clip on the inside. You have to drop the pan. OR disconnect that wire at the top end, but if you are sending it in core exchange you should not do that. 

If you've managed to twist it, you need to go ahead and remove it as it will probably start leaking anyway. There is an o-ring on it that you'll need to replace.
