Any windshield that can be kicked out with your feet is not strong enough to support the roof in the case of a rollover. 

Kicking out a windshield with your feet is a Hollywood stunt, BTW. In real life it is extremely difficult to remove a windshield. They have to be cut out with a saw.

Rolling a DeLorean is very easy if you run off the road on an embankment.
