[DML] Reply Steve Cosgrove -- Bushings (Upgraded Front Suspension)



Just a gentle reminder to check your fluids. Nobody else at my church bothers to do that, so the lady who drives one of our school buses apparently drove all week without any fluid in the radiator, and now I've got a real mess on my hands (after the rain stops I will do a compression test and find out how tough International Harvester V8's really are...). 

Back to Steve's question: the Workshop Manual shows the usual orientation. I turned my bushings around on purpose, so that the sway bar will be pressing into an empty space rather than into a solid bushing -- an accommodation for my stiffened lower control arm assemblies.
