Re: [DML] Delorean Vs. Mini Van

Well, if I put my two cents in, I will have two cents less to spend on DMC
parts. Horsepower, who cares.. The only thing the vans have going for them is
try and carry a piece of plywood back from "Crafty Beaver" or carry a lawnmover
back from Dirty Eddie's Bar, Grill and Small engine repair service. I have had
three vans, used, all the same, with the 3.1 or 3.8 GM v-6 in two Olds
Silhouettes and a Pontiac transport. Besides, you can't toss the rear seats out
and sleep in the Delorean.

I did and thought it was crap.

The van had 265hp against a 130hp DeLorean.

The also ran a Camry against a 308QV and the Camry won.

Only difference is the Camry only had 20 more HP than the Ferrari but the van
had 135HP than the DeLorean?

Why not run the Ferrari against a E63? That would have been equal since is has
twice the HP and would have made the 308 look as bad if not worse than the
DeLorean.

Nothing like comparing apples to shoe laces...
