[DML] 2011 DMC Open House

As you may have heard, time is running out to register for the 2011 DMC Open
House coming up October 14-16th.

You can register by calling DMC or online at: http://www.dmcopenhouse.com

Here is an overview of the weekend's events:
------------------------------------------------------------------
Friday
Registered attendees will be able to pick up their goody bags and
registration packets at Marriott's Springhill Suites Hotel beginning at
3:30pm Friday afternoon. Then, relax by the pool or catch up with old and
new DeLorean friends in the lounge.

The Friday evening reception at DMC will commence at 6:30pm, with the theme
"The Art of the DeLorean". On display will be fine art and photography of
the DeLorean car as created over the years.

Saturday
Registered attendees will have access to several different informative
technical seminars, warehouse tours and guest speakers. Also on Saturday,
the DeLorean Marque Certification will be taking place along with a People's
Choice event, as well. Lunch, catered by Panera Bread, will be available on
site as part of the registration package price.

The popular massage/manicure package along with the salsa dance
demonstration and instruction is back again this year! Would you or someone
accompanying you be more interested in a massage and mani/pedi than listen
to a guy talk about stainless repair techniques? This package is the answer!

Our special guest speaker Saturday will be William F. Haddad, a former
executive and director of the DeLorean Motor Company as well as author of
"Hard Driving: My Years with John DeLorean". This is Mr. Haddad's first
appearance ever at a DeLorean event, and we are sure that attendees will
find his recollections and insights to be most interesting.

Saturday evening's dinner will bring you, truly, home to Texas. A barbeque
cookout with all the fixin's (vegetarian option available) at Houston's H&H
Ranch - complete with mechanical bull and other entertainment and surprises.
This year's raffle and auction will benefit DeLorean owner Kyle Franklin,
who along with his wife formed the wingwalking team Franklin's Flying
Circus. On March 12, 2011, they were forced to perform an emergency landing
and both suffered severe burns as a result. Amanda sadly passed away from
complications of her injuries on May 27, 2011.

Sunday
The opportunity to take your DeLorean (or rental car, if you dared) on
Houston Motorsports Park's 3/8 mile banked oval track was such a hit at our
last show in 2007 that we've decided a return trip is in order. The crew at
HMP is excited about our return and our exclusive access to the track for
laps and a bit of a "course challenge" will wrap up our event for 2011.

The full registration cost per person is just $179 for all the weekend's
events and activities.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to ensure an enjoyable experience for all the
participants, attendance is strictly limited to the first 150 people who
register. Each year that we have held this event (2001, 2003, 2005 and 2007)
some people were disappointed when they put off registration to the last
minute only to find out that we no longer had room for them! Don't let this
happen to you - register today!

Host Hotel for the Event
DeLorean Motor Company has negotiated an amazing $89 per night (single or
double occupancy) room rate at Marriott's Springhill Suites Hotel. These
room are normally $189, and a limited number of rooms have been set aside
for this event. Contact the hotel directly to reserve your room at
1-800-321-2211 and be sure to specify that you are attending the 2011
DeLorean Motor Company event.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Regards,

James Espey
