[DML] Control Pressure Regulator

I've been chasing 6239's pronounced idle hunting (both cold and warm starts) and
I was checking all the lines yesterday and saw a hose on the Control Pressure
Regulator that is only about three inches long and just hangs off the regulator
and doesn't go anywhere.

The two main hoses indicated in the maintenance manual are present and properly
attached. There is no mention of this third hose. Unfortunately, when I
temporarily plugged it, it did not solve my idle hunting issue, so if there is a
vacuum leak, it ain't coming from there.

Still, can anyone tell me what this hose is for?

Thanks,
Mike
