[DML] Engine won't start, no fuel pump sound

Hi, I went to start my Delorean up for the first time since February.  The fuel tank was about half full with fuel preserative I added last fall.  At first the engine would not turn over, but after about 6 or 7 cranks it fired and I was able to start it up and ran it for about 15 minutes. The engine ran smooth with no problems.   I shut the engine off, and then went to start it up about 7 minutes later, started right up.

Then about a little over an hour later I went to start it and it cranked and cranked but no start.  I noticed the fuel pump sound was not present when I turned the key.  I jumpered out pin 30 and 87 of the RPM relay and heard the fuel pump running continuously.  Tried to start the engine with the fuel pump constantly running and smelling fuel, and no start.

I have since drained the old preservative added gasoline out of the gas tank, and besides from adding fresh gasoline, am wondering what my next troubleshooting step should be??

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Mike
