[DML] Optima Yellow Top/Battery Disconnect

When I bought my refurbished in 2001 it had a new Interstate battery in it and it lasted about 5 years. Since then I have used the MAXX78 and have never had one to last more than two years. With another MAXX failure I decided to upgrade. I bought an Optima Yellow top and installed a battery disconnect switch. I got the switch at Advance Auto, Battery Doctor #20128. It really fit the Optima well. The Optima has the posts lower down on the side and more toward the center of the battery. The disconnect mounted on the positive post has plenty of room to operate. I have to raise the carpet and remove the plastic cover for access but since I likely will only use it two or three times a year that should not be a problem.
