My question was not meant to scare anyone into stopping being helpful, but rather a caution note about the subject

In this day and age, just about anyone can be sued for anything (sadly).  I would assume nobody would sue an individual per say for faulty or improperly followed directions....BUT...call yourself a club or an organization (which has insurance) and it becomes a whole different story.   Any insured organization that promotes itself as the central point for Delorean knowledge could be acted against by an angry individual who feels they were mislead or wronged and is looking for financial compensation.

Likelihood of it occurring is minimal, but a valid "concern" I wanted Josh to discuss with the board and make sure they are covered for.  (See..a NICE suggestion from me to the DOA!)
