Mike - If you look on the home page of the DMCH website (www.delorean.com) below the wallpapers and webcam pictures you will see a banner that says "Save 10% on your DeLorean parts".  If you click on that banner, it will take you to a new page where the BRP is explained.  It is very much still in place.  I hope that helps.
