You know my involvement with Ken and DCS, so you know I am familiar with the issues....  this proposal needs an important question answered;

How does DCS giving a discount to DOA help DCS?!

DCS runs on tight margins, every penny is needed to run the show, and any extra is put back in to the show.  Why should DCS suffer financially to try and create a benefit for the DOA?


IMHO, you need to think bigger.  For the DOA to survive, it needs to become something else.  The old model is irrelevant, and dated mostly because of the Internet and DCS.

I realize there is a board, and you alone can't make any changes (as it should be)...  which is why I am going to "wait and see".
