72 convertible Deloreans have been built -  The door was all hydraulic
with a single hinge at the rear.  Of course they were ride vehicles for
the BTTF Rides, so practicality "on the road" was never tested.
Interesting thing though, despite their heavy weight, they had more than
1G of acceleration, in multiple directions!
