I purchased a fuel pump  updated fuel filter kit.  A copper tube wit a loop attached came with the kit.  I couldn't find instruction on how the copper tube is to be installed. Does any body know if the loop sit on the bottom or top of the fuel pump and what attachs to the tube?  Thanks

It is a circuit breaker and it "lives" next to the fuse block alongside the circuit breaker for the heater fan.
