[DML] Texas All British Car Show - Round Rock, TX Sep. 26-27, 2009

The 2009 Texas All British Car Show in Round Rock is coming up in two months on September 26-27th. Deloreans have made an appearance for several years. This has been a fun filled event and a chance for Deloreans from various cities to come and meet. Last year Mark Dismukes won 1st place, Guy Joyner won 2nd place and Julian Pham won 3rd place. I have put a flyer on the DMC Texas Yahoo website. Reply if you can make it.

"Entry is $20 per vehicle for mail-in early registration, which requires that the registration be postmarked by by Friday September 18, 2009. Registration after that date, including the day of the show, is only $25. We encourage everyone who can to preregister for the show. You can save money, and make sure you get your T-shirts and rally dinner reserved ahead of time. It also allows us to better predict how many cars are coming, and create new classes when we get enough cars of that type attending. We can create a new class for 3 cars of a particular marque and model if we know far enough in advance that they are coming. We will be selling "Rag-top Raffle" tickets at registration and during the show for a drawing for a Domestic Vinyl Car Top manufactured by Robbins Auto Top. All proceeds from this raffle will benefit The Open Door Preschool.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

    * Saturday Sept. 26, 2009
          o 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. ....Springhill Suites (Host Hotel):
                + Registration
                + Complimentary beverages
                + Event merchandise for sale
          o 2:30 p.m. .......Rally Drivers/Navigator's meeting at SpringHill Suites
          o 3 p.m. ......"I'm Lost, I Think" rally.
            5:30 p.m.......Catered Dinner at Sheets' Longhorn Ranch
            *Barbecue Dinner
            $12 per person paid in advance with preregistration postmarked by September 18.
            or
            $15 per person, payable the day of the event, September 26th.
            *Entry fee does not include dinner, it is a separate fee.
    * Sunday Sept. 27, 2009
      Old Settler's Park Pavilion in Round Rock, Texas
          o 8 a.m. - Noon. ....Registration.
          o 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. ....Judging (Participant's Choice, except for Daily Driver).
          o 2 p.m. ....Closing Events:
                + Door prizes.
                + Awards
                + Raffle."
