I know I'm coming into this conversation late but there is a possibly less
expensive alternative.  There is a place in Nashville TN area that you can
mail or bring the springs to that will cryo treat them.  I cannot give you
the exact tensile strength increase but Ken over there explained this to
me.... "When the local emergency services started letting us treat their
rotors they went from replacing them every 8000 miles to replacing them
every 45,000 miles."  This process stiffens springs incredibly and you can
keep the original ride height.  You can reach him at 615-783-1700 or
615-496-7731.  If you want to get your moneys worth you can also treat other
parts.  Hope this helps.
