[DML] Problem unlocking (but not locking) doors

I have a problem unlocking my doors. When I'm inside the car, with the doors closed, and the cover off the door ECU off, I can lock and unlock the doors by manually moving the relays on the door ECU board. I can lock but not unlock both doors using the key, or pressing the bottom on the inside door handle or by using my remote (I have Toby's remote door opening system installed). But I can't unlock both door by using one of the three methods. If I try unlocking the both doors it will only unlock the one I'm at but not the other. It sounds like the other door is trying to unlock but can't. When I try to unlock using the remote, neith door unlocks but one can hear two clicks from the fuse box. If I use the key or manually unlock from the driver's side, the rear lock on the passenger side unlocks but not the front lock. Keep in mind that when I move the relays on the door ECU board, the locks seem to work perfectly - locking and unlocking. I have replaced my solenoids with actuators.

What is the problem?
