[DML] Re: New Owner Questions

1. Noisy fuel pump. Either the pump itself, or the pickup hose is twisted.

2. Replace all the swaybar bushings The ones at the front of the car and at the ends of the swaybar. At least lube them.

3. No. How old is the battery. Is it a size 78? 75 is a common replacement and it's too small.

I assumed it had something to do with the air conditioning, but the noise is there whenever the car is running regardless of the air conditioning or heat being on and off. Any idea what it could be? Is it serious?

I tried to start the car, and it looks like the 15 minutes of headlight usage drained enough power from the battery to prevent me starting the car again. Is this normal? I actually was able to jump start the engine with the Wagan Easy Quick Jumper (a cigarette lighter to cigarette lighter jumper device, which I had bought "just in case" and was shocked actually worked), which I assume is safe for the car (or at least safer than a normal jump start).
