RE: [DML] Re: Angle Drive

James: Is "Brain Science" a special blend of "Rocket Science" and "Brain
Surgery"? If so, I would assume "Brain Science" would be the middle road
between the harder of the two? (whichever one is harder I am not sure since
I do not excel in either field....) LOL ;)

To read some of the discussions about ratios of late here, it does sound
like brain science, huh?

The second gen angle drives have a zero failure rate to date, with a couple
hundred in use. They have a 1 yr warranty, and are $59.95 - we've even been
talking about a higher price point unit with a lifetime warranty.

I asked elsewhere if there was interest in paying perhaps as much as $10
more for it to come with a new nut, pre-installed - what are the thoughts of
the users here on that?

On a different note, we experimented several years ago with an electronic
unit, and recently dug it out of storage to work with it some more. At the
time, it was very expensive, though we are thinking now that prices may be
more palatable now. I'll post up some pics if anyone is interested in it...

I imagine an angle drive is not rocket surgery!
