Re: [DML] Angle Drives

I'm confused, what does the speedometer (85mph or 140mph) have to do with the angle drive. I thought the angle drive and associated cables spin the same amount no matter what speedometer is installed. The speedometer just works off magnets I thought, and different types just spin at different rates. Therefore it wouldn't affect the angle drives or cables.

My car had its original speedometer replaced with a 140mph unit a few
years ago. The angle drive was replaced at that time. Since then I have
had no problems. Perhaps the previous owner was on to something!
